Scarborough High School (SHS) is a public four-year high school located in Scarborough, Maine. SHS strives to provide students with courses at appropriate levels to challenge them to reach their potential achievement.

Scarborough High School offers a rich and diverse curriculum which includes Advanced Placement courses, internships, and career and professional education programs at two regional Career Technical Education centers: Portland Arts and Technology High School and Westbrook Regional Vocational Center.

In addition to a classical program of studies, SHS offers the “On Course for College” program in partnership with South Maine Community College. Junior and Senior students are able to earn dual credits, tuition-free. 90 percent of Scarborough High School seniors pursue post-secondary education after graduation.
